Well, taking aside the term “possibilities”, we might as well go for the word “wishes”.
Steve Jobs is a very odd man and is quite hard to predict at times. But there are a few things that are constant with Jobs. First, he will make for some of the most impressive stage presentations for unveiling new devices, features and services –seriously, we cannot think of anyone doing it better, the running joke is that Microsoft should even hire the guy to present the new MS operating systems.
The second thing about Steve Jobs is that once he puts his foot down, he will be too stubborn to change his stand. This has been the case with the lack of Flash –something that Jobs does not believe in, instead, he would rather go with HTML5.
Thus we find ourselves staring longingly at the micro SD card support and front mounted digital camera found in Seraphan’s iPhone 4G 3D fan art. We know, it is not the real thing, but this set of multi colored smart phones is the closest we can probably get to see such features on the iPhone 4G.
Steve Jobs has yet to actually deliver his stand on such technologies, but with Apple’s history with closed devices, there is very little doubt that we should expect anything else from the upcoming 4G smart phone.
Ranting aside, the iPhone 4G does have some impressive new features that are worth looking forward to. First off, it has been reported that the new smart phone will be using a touch sensitive external casing –which means a whole new user experience for us. The phone will also have a large 4 inch touch screen –or even larger; as well as the new high speed processor expected to hit speeds of over 1.3GHz.
