 Expected to come out anytime between July and September of this year, the Nokia 2720 Fold is another affordable Nokia mobile that is quite functional. Set for a lunch price of less than £50, the 2720 Fold is a practical handset that has a very reasonable price tag.
A Quick Peek
As the name implies the 2720 Fold is a flip phone that also has a secondary external monochrome display. The main screen on the inside is a 1.8-inch TFT display with a 120 x 160-pixel resolution. It is also a lightweight mobile at only 90.3 g. The 2720 is a dual-band 2G handset that also has GPRS, EDGE, HSCSD, and Bluetooth support. It however does not have any WLAN or 3G capabilities. Once it is released it will come in two colours: deep red and black.
Looking Deeper
Much like the Nokia 2760 and the Nokia 2700 classic, the 2720 too is a purely functional mobile. There’s nothing fancy with it and its features are more straightforward. It has a 32MB internal memory but does not have an external memory card slot. Although its camera is capable of taking videos, the quality of photographs is mediocre as the camera is only at 1.3 Megapixels.
However, users will find all the basic functionalities of a mobile phone on the 2720 such as SMS, MMS, and Email capabilities. Aside from a WAP 2.0 xHTML web browser, the 2720 also comes with an FM radio, Java capabilities, and a couple of built-in games.
The battery life of the Nokia 2720 Fold is quite impressive as it will last up to 432 hours of standby time and up to 5 hours of talk time.
Although this mobile may not have top of the line features, it’s actually quite a bargain at only £50. For those who are looking for a purely functional mobile without the complicated and confusing features, you’ve found your match in the Nokia 2720 Fold.

 The iPhone, even after almost three years of its announcement, continues to engender a lot of excitement, long lines as well as larger share in the mobile phone market. The size of this mobile phone is same like the iPhone 3G, only it is a little heavier.
This new model is designed with several well liked features of the mobile handset like video recording, voice dialing and multimedia messaging. On the other hand the call quality of the iPhone 3G S has not improved and the signal received is still uneven. iPhone 3G S still does not have multitasking facilities, Flash Lite or USB transfer.

The Green Initiative
 The upcoming Sony Ericsson Naite GreenHeart is part of the company’s new initiative to reduce their CO2 emissions by 20% come 2015. Moreover they also want to reduce the company’s emission of greenhouse gas by 15%. As a sign of their commitment to this cause the company has released two new eco-friendly devices that aim to help save the environment—welcome the Naite and the Sony Ericsson C901 GreenHeart.
The Naite’s Role
The Naite will play a crucial role in Sony Ericsson’s desire to be a greener company. It is a pioneer in the line of GreenHeart products as it brings with it a number of eco-friendly features. Aside from being made of 50% recycled plastics, the Naite will also include a low-power battery charger, an electronic user guide (say goodbye to the paper-based manual), and loads of environment-friendly applications. Thanks to these efforts the CO2 footprint of the Naite is 15% smaller than that of other more conventional mobile devices such as the Sony Ericsson C902 Cybershot, for instance.
More than Just an Eco-Friendly Mobile
 However, being an eco-friendly device doesn’t necessarily mean that design or functionality has to be compromised. The Naite is indeed testament to this fact. Sony Ericsson’s Marketing Head Josh Oxspring mentioned that “ Naite is a phone that not only helps you to organise your life and work, it allows consumers to make an economical choice with the low-power charger and reduce their impact on the environment. Going green shouldn’t mean consumers have to sacrifice features or style so we’ve created a phone that is packed with impressive features such as high-speed 3G and Active desktop to help consumers manage their busy lives.”With its one-touch button you can easily access a variety of functions such as contacts, the web, your calendar, or you messages. The high-speed browsing capabilities of the Naite combined with one-click Google access also means you can get online wherever and whenever you’d like.
Aside from having eco-friendly apps such as Ecomate and a Carbon Footprint calculator, the Naite will also work in both the 2G (GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900) and 3G networks (HSDPA 850 / 1900 / 1200). Expect this mobile to be released come Q3 of 2009 with an estimated launch price of around £80.

 LG has announced the launch of the LG GT505 , which is designed for excellent networking. This mobile phone allows you to be connected to online communities anywhere at any time. You will receive updates from your social networking sites as well as personal and business emails.

 Sony Ericsson W995 Walkman was released in Barcelona, Spain on the February 15, 2009. Officially, the Sony Ericsson W995 Walkmanis a video mobile phone. SE’s emphasis is on mobile entertainment, which includes music and video playback, and of course, the Internet. Camera specs

 With the recession in tow, people are turning more and more to budget mobile phones equipped with some of the features they love. Sony Ericsson might not have the Holy Grail when it comes to cameras, but their Cybershot series has been a success and they’re giving the people a chance to experience the same quality optics in lower-priced versions of the mobile phones.
The S312 Snapshot: low-end but snazzy optics
We have to be honest here; the Sony Ericsson S312 Snapshot is indeed a low-end phone. If you were looking for a touchscreen UI, WLAN access and UMA functionality, look elsewhere.
 The Sony Ericsson S312 Snapshot is comparable to the Nokia 5030 Xpress Radio: not many features, but still lovable. Anyway, like low-budget Casio digital cameras, you pick just 1 best feature and with the Sony Ericsson S312 Snapshot, you get a good camera.
The cam’s not bad either; you get a 2.0 megapixel CMOS sensor and a bright LED flash. In addition, with our experience with SE flashes, you’re sure to take brilliant still photos even in pitch-dark lighting conditions.
Memory
Since the Sony Ericsson S312 Snapshot is a low-end phone, the device can only handle a low amount of extra storage. The company states that the iPhone 3G S is the most powerful iPhone yet, with double the speed in performance, extended battery life and a comprehensive feature set.
The iPhone 3G S sports a 600MhZ processor coupled with a 256MB RAM that should make for quick and easy task accomplishment. Unlike the previous iPhone model, this version scores a lot of points when it comes to longevity. Battery life is extensive so that users can make the most of the innovative applications available on the iPhone 3G S.
Apple finally decided to outfit the mobile with video recording capabilities. It has an edit feature so that you don’t need a computer to start tidying up your clips. The 3MP camera affords users a host of advantages over the earlier version. You can tap to focus so that you can choose which area of an image the phone will focus on.
